All items showing in stock, are in fact in stock in our warehouses, however during this pandemic, our processing time may be a little longer than usual.

Shipping can be calculated during the buying process on our shopping cart. Usually it will take up to 1-5 days to process and ship all orders. During certain peak times such as when a marketing campaign is running, your order may take longer to ship out. All shipping costs will be displayed at check-out.
Tracking details will be displayed in your account or via e-mail.
Any undelivered orders must be reported to us within 10 working days, after this we are unable to rectify as it becomes much harder to trace and retrieve an item lost in the mailing system.
If we are unable to deliver to a particular region due to local circumstances, we will cancel your order and refund your money in full.
We reserve the right not to ship an order for any reason which we deem the shipment is not in the interest of the company. In any such instance you will be notified immediately and fully refunded.
Portugal Masks isento responsible for any delay or miss delivery caused by an external reason, event, act or omission that is outside of Portugal Masks’ control.

Returning an item or order – it’s okay to change your mind!
We have an easy returns management system, and all returns are free of charge. If for any reason, you would like to return your order within 15 days of order date, we offer a no quibble full refund on all unworn items, returned with original packaging intact, undamaged, and in resale condition.
Please note that it is extremely important that no item has been worn or opened, we will not refund any item with an open package.
You will be refunded any shipping costs you paid on the purchase and we will not deduct the return shipping label.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return, and include your order number.
Please do not return any item for which a return authorization has not been issued, you will not be refunded. If you decide not to use our return shipping service or labels, we will not be able to refund you any shipping which you purchase outside of our system.
On receipt of your returned item(s) a refund will be made to the payment method used to pay for your order within 7 days of return received. You will be updated by email as your return progresses through the system. For multiple item orders where a partial order is being returned, any initial shipping cost you paid will be prorated in the refund amount.
